WARRANTY

Action Pro provng-modeles a 1-month limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects for selected products, rest of the products does not carry any product warranty period. Action Pro will take care of all logistics to and from the manufacturer for repair and replacement. If a product was purchased from the Action Pro website or an Action Pro authorized seller and, at the time of purchase, contained a manufacturing defect or had been damaged by improper care prior to the time of purchase, then Action Pro customer support team will take action on it.

Note that Action Pro regularly updated the models, color ways, and styles of its Products and cannot guarantee the availability of an exact replacement for any Product. Action Pro does not assume any liability for any incng-modelental, physical or indirect damages under the limited warranty. Physical damage includes but is not limited to improper handling and/or any other type of damage sustained by irregular usage. As a result, Action Pro will return any physically damaged Products back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Please note that because Action Pro is unable to supervise or control the quality of its products sold by unauthorized sellers, the warranty of Action Pro is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. Action Pro’s warranty extends only to products purchased from authorized sellers that are subject to Action Pro’s quality controls. All warranty claims must be processed through the Action Pro website.

Our specialists will examine the item to determine whether the defect is due to manufacturer defect or misuse. When it is confirmed that it is a manufacturer defect the product will be sent to the manufacturer or nearest service centre for repair or replacement.
